CEO LETTER

What kind of Summit should we organize?

With the Silicon Slopes Summit coming up in January, I’ve been thinking a lot about our community's incredible growth and how much has changed since we first started this event.

I’ve questioned whether Summit itself should undergo a change. However, because this is a community event, this decision should not be left to our organization alone. Your voice holds as much weight as ours.

So why not have a town hall to have this conversation in public? Join us on Wednesday, August 21 at 10 AM for a community discussion on the future of Silicon Slopes Summit.

FEATURED EVENT

Mental Health Town Hall

Join us for our next Silicon Slopes & Promise2Live Mental Health Town Hall on August 15 at 12 PM.

Did you know that increased physical activity can help reduce depression and anxiety? Becoming physically fit through exercise and healthy habits has been shown to improve mental health, and summer is the perfect time to get outdoors, get active, and enjoy wholesome fresh foods. This month, we’re focusing on how your physical health affects your mental health, with experts discussing improving your mental health through proper fitness, breathing techniques, muscle relaxation, and healthy eating. Together, we can build resilient communities and support one another in our mental health journeys.

This town hall is an invaluable opportunity to learn from experts, connect with others passionate about mental health, and gain practical tools to enhance your well-being and that of your loved ones.

Don’t miss this chance to strengthen your relationships and support mental health for everyone. Register now and take the first step towards a more connected and resilient community.
